The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged changes in public management. In this context, the use of technology in the decision-making process, government governance and public services is unavoidable. Conceptually, what is called digital governance is developing. This book summarizes various explanations, analyzes and debates about digital governance and the impacts it has, both positive and negative impacts.
