Wahyudi Kumorotomo is a professor at the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Science, Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. He has a first degree from Gadjah Mada University, a master from the MPP programme (now LKY School of Public Policy) National University of Singapore, and a PhD from University Science of Malaysia. He was in charge of Head of the Department (1999-2001 and 2011-2013) and is currently the Director of Master and Doctorate Programme in the Department. His main interests are public finance, regional planning, public official accountability, e-government, and current issues of public policy in Indonesia.

Agus Pramusinto is a Professor in Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, serves as active lecturer in the Department of Public Administration Studies. He is graduated from Master of Development Administration, Australian National University and earned his Doctoral degree from Asia Pacific School of Economics and Government, Australian National University in Policy and Governance. His research interests include Public Policy, Decentralization, and Policy Making.
